Hired last fall to do a shut down and prepaid for Spring 2015 start up. Called, left messages 3-4 times over two week period to schedule startup that was prepaid. When he did schedule, he never showed, never called. When I called to reschedule, he didn't pick up or call back. Called him the next week to reschedule and ask him what happened with the no show. He got angry that I asked him why he did not show or call and he said he would never come out, and hung up on me. I lost my prepayment and had to hire someone else to do the Spring start up and repairs.
Buyer beware - if you like headaches this is your guy.
