John is the rudest and most unprofessional service person I have ever dealt with. He had a bad attitude on the phone when trying to schedule a repair and had an even worse attitude in person. My appliance was not working correctly and he acknowledged that it was defective but he refused to attempt to fix it. He just wanted his service call fee for showing up and was ready to leave within 5 minutes of showing up. I would never hire this guy in the future.
