I wanted to compliment the team that represents the Direct Buy of the Treasure Coast. In dealing with the manufacturer, Hickorycraft Upholstery, it came to my attention that a fabric I chose for my sofa was discontinued.
Joyce Adams was my first line of contact in helping me to pick a new comparable fabric that I could feel comfortable with. Then I received the sofa, which was beautiful, but the pillows were not what I ordered. The manufacturer had also discontinued that original fabric and decided on their own to replace it with a different fabric.
After notifying the staff, Jimmy Field went above and beyond my expectations. In every effort to remedy the situation and make me a happy customer, he found a perfect fabric replacement. His selection turned out to be a much better choice, as well.
Catalog shopping is quite stressful but, with a staff like this, I know my best interest will be served to ensure I remain happy and satisfied with my Direct Buy shopping experience.
