Needed plumbing repair on 4-11-15. Diane Nava kept me informed as to when tech would arrive & tech Paul Martinez arrived. He determined the problem that nite but would have to go get parts, so I asked if he could come back Sunday to do the repair as I am a senior & go to bed early. He told he would do that & arrived about 10:30 AM with parts needed & proceeded to repair the problem. It took him 4 hours & he was excellent, very proficient & a very, very nice individual. Both Diane & Paul deserve to be recognized. Thank you.
