Had to replace a very old toilet on very short notice on a weekend. Shortly after we got in touch w/ the company on Fri eve, Albert N. called us back to get detailed info about the problem and explain the work to be done. He was very patient in dealing w/ our questions. Carlos, the tech who did the work the next day, was totally professional, efficient, polite, and careful in explaining each step as he proceeded. We have been using Nahman for a number of years, and this time too have been more than satisfied with their work.
