Stay away! This board will do everything to avoid taking responsibility for damages to a unit due to their own negligence! Even after it was pri en that toxic mold was in the walls! All they want is your money so they can spend it on things that benefit a fraction of the residents, i.e. a kayak rack that holds only six kayaks! There are over 100 units...how does that benefit those who dont own a kayak....stay far away from this place...they target people and fine them for anything they can think of ....stay away
