John was extremely pushy and when I asked for my deposit back he insisted on keeping 20% because he claimed the piece was a special order. I reminded him that he told me it was already scheduled for delivery before I even placed a deposit on the item. When I insisted on a full refund he threatened to call the police. I dared him to do that as he was attempting to rob me of 20% of my deposit. He saw I would not be intimated by his pushy manner, he did return my full deposit. I will never go in the store again and I wonder if anyone is foolish enough to accept John's rude and pushy manner. I will drive to Colorado to buy from larger, cleaner and more polite stores before I would ever even look in Clure Brothers' store again. more
