They had many homes that I was interested in renting. The problem came up when I put in my application. I found out I had a poor credit score and was not able to rent from them. Diana is the main leasing agent in their office and she gave me many helpful hints on how to get my score up to speed and my credit correct. Basically I had a several negative items on my credit that were not mine. She referred me to a few different resources to help get my credit in order. Ultimately I was unable to rent from Pioneer but I feel I got more out of it than just a no. I appreciate Diana's direction and support. Now that I have my credit in order, the next time I move, I'll see if they have any properties that meet my needs at the time.
