I had an appointment at 6:30pm to have my rear passenger door window fix, it took the technician over two hours to replace my glass. I had already vacuumed most of the the glass so that should have cut some of his time there. When I ask him how much longer I would have to wait give me a dirty look and ask me to go back inside. This will be the last time they have my business.
