Called Star Roofing - I had a leak which turned out to be a leaking drainpipe. They said they didn't fix drainpipes, but said i needed a new roof. Roof was installed in the summer, and started leaking in December. Called them, they sent over an employee about a week later. Employee said a vent pipe wasn't sealed, and said he fixed it. I called his manager to see about compensation for damage to my property, the manager said they were not responsible as the leak was due to an act of god. The roof continues to leak in the winters, with a second leak appearing this year. They will not return my calls.
