I went to Bottoms up for a Pointe shoe fitting and was insulted the entire time I was there. It started out with being told I didn't use my brain when I wore non convertible tights to the fitting. I was then told my plies were so terrible that I shouldn't be a dancer and that the fitting last should just take me out back and shoot me! My mother was so enraged that she had to leave the store, and I have never been so embarrassed and verbally abused. I will never return! My business now goes to Standing Ovation in Fort Wayne Indiana ( definitely with the drive) or online.
