Worst customer service ever! Do not buy anything from these people!!!!
I ordered prints, got a confirmation email from Connie Dale that it was shipped, waited a week and a half and NOTHING. Called them to check on the status and was told that it had not been shipped after all...no apology. Instead I was asked why I was in FL and ordered pictures in VA; told that they had nothing to do with the third party online company I ordered the pics from; and rudely asked if I wanted the pictures or not. I also spoke with Connie who told me something to the effect of..."they are only pictures...its not a big deal." Connie, the so called manager that answered the call and Dale Digital Printing are HORRIBLE!!!!!!
