I would not even give this company a star. Called for Tune up they did not clean my furnace and now it has horrible clicking noise. Then charged me for a part I did not need. Told me I had to live with clicking noise there tech had something to do with.
Very rude does not call before coming out. Just shows up and then charges you for that when I had to run kids to Dr. due to them being sick. Told me wrong part was put in and would not charge me for 3 or so hours he was out looking at furnace. But next morning calls and ask for more money to fix the wrong part that was put in. Furnace is still clicking but still working just fine. I only wanted a clean furnace. But got 2 weeks of headache and a very rude owner who yells at customers.
