I give George 5stars and above. He answered all my questions and asked about things that did not come to my mind. He explained what he would be doing and how he would complete the job. once the job was done he went over things again showing the work that had been completed. He smiled he engaged in conversation he was not put off by questions. I went from a basic water heater to a tank less all because someone took the time to address my questions. George known his work everything is working like he explained. A job very well done.
