Had a copper pipe fitting spring a leak in the basement behind the heater and called B&L. Within 3 hours Cay (Service Tech) was on my doorstep and had me back up and running within 3 hours after replacing the pipe and rerunning it so there's easier access if any problems occur in the future. Cay was clearly an expert and a personable professional. The new customer discount helped with the final bill but it was still a bit high. Despite the cost, it was great service and a quality job. I'd use B&L again.
