We purchase all new appliances for our kitchen from sears, in Feb 2015. We did not use the oven very much, however, we noticed a build up between the glass in the door of the oven. We contacted Sears and was told "this is a cosmetic issue, there is nothing we can do". Needless to say we will not EVER buy another item from sears. Anyone we can discourage from doing business with Sears, we will.
