We called Trademark Mechanical for help with our humidifier. Even though it was the Thanksgiving week Mr. Scott came out within a day and was very knowledgeable on our unit. He had to replace a part and returned with it even though it was evening by the time he could get to our home. He immediately installed the part and it is now working beautifully. Mr Scott was friendly, efficient, helpful and answered our many questions. Thank you, Mr. Scott!!
