Frank Francis is the real deal people! This guys friendly, helpful and caring, with a winning smile. Very sincere and earnest, Frank made what can be a torturous process, almost, dare I say, enjoyable?! I'm a car enthusiast, so I've bought a lot of unique cars over the years, both new and used. Having a dad who sold cars for 30+ years, I consider myself a pretty savvy car shopper too. I fully expected to go through the standard "song and dance" as I typically need to in order to purchase a vehicle at a good price. More often than not, I've had to endure lots of trite sales pitches or predatory verbal trappings of some "not so fair or honest" salespeople in the past, just to purchase a vehicle I had my eye on. Not once did my B.S. meter go off with Mr. Francis; quite the contrary! He was very fair, and exceedingly patient with my many consumer requests ( I will admit, I had quite a few consumer "demands")- Frank not only met them, he actually wound up going above and beyond for me- (Maybe its the fact he has 3 young boys; Frank clearly has the patience of a saint!). The finance guy, Darryl Sperry was truly awesome too. In all honesty, I've purchased at least ten specialty cars over the years, but this buying experience was hands down, the best experience yet. I wound up buying a low mileage used Fiat 500e for a good price, which was my ultimate goal.The whole deal was done in less than 3 hours. I highly recommend this stellar gentleman for anyone looking to buy an automobile in the Riverside area.
