First couple times we went there, it was okay, though we still were waiting 30-45minutes before even seeing the doctor. The last time we were there about 3 weeks ago, we waited outside for an hour and then they finally showed us in. After that waited in the room for the doctor for another 30minutes and still she didn't come to see us. So we just told the receptionist that we were going to leave. I mean, why schedule and make appointments when you're not capable of seeing them through on time. We are professionals too and run our own businesses, so we know how important a client's time is. On top of that, ever since then, we haven't been able to get anyone to help us there over the phone properly. We asked for our records and after getting a run around for a while, we didn't hear from anyone. Finally they gave us our records a week or so later. Now, we just need a simple referral from the Doctor and they aren't willing to help us through. I would give this center a 1 star, but because generally the two times that she did see us, she was nice and helpful. However, it doesn't make sense to make appointments with people and then make them wait for such a long time, especially if they're showing up on time. And just because someone changes their mind about continuing with the same doctor, doesn't mean you don't help them get their records. I wish that could improve.
