While I was very annoyed with the Binsky company because they "messed up" my initial appointment, I was very pleased with Nicholas V. He was not only skilled in resolving the issue for which he had been called, he was patient explaining what the problem was as well as how he would address it. He *also* pointed out future potential "pitfalls" that I might still be facing and what the follow-up options would be.
All in all, this was a person that would be a fine choice! to have as a "technician" to address plumbing issues.
