We had a problem with our hot tub and I called to get an appt. to have a service man come look at the tub for repair. At the time I called they were swamped and it was going to take 2 weeks to get someone here. We live in a very cold climate and we were worried about a freezing issue. I talked with Tom and he was so helpful and diagnosed the problem immediately. I went to the store purchased the part my husband put it on and the tub has ran perfect since. We have a business and understand how important customer service is and we will remember this always and will never go anywhere else. Thanks again Tom!
