I called them to repair my 42" tractor, they had it for almost a month, later I found out that the work could have easily be done on site (but then they could not have charged me for pick-up and delivery). The next time I used them (shame on me) they again had it, it seems forever. After getting it back it did not seem to be working properly. I had it checked out and they reported that the work I had paid for was not done.
