Kevin is a very professional and courteous service technician. He started by explaining all the steps necessary to do the job and the fees associated with each step. He explained the Permit process clearly. He did not need to be watched his work was performed very efficiently. The bottom line is we have a Water Heater that is better than what we had before and are grateful for his hard work and quality service.
