Tommy S, on 11/9/15 was over to my house to clean and check my furnace. He arrived in the time frame that I was given when I set up the appointment. I was totally satisfied with the work he performed in servicing my furnace. He was very competent and displayed a thorough knowledge of the workings of my specific Carrier brand model. In addition he is extremely courteous and polite. I was able to ask him various questions about the condition of my furnace without feeling that I was "bothering" him. He always answers my questions with respect and in detail. I have been using AA Service Co. for a number of years and I have never completed a review of a technician before. I thought I would take the time after this most recent service call to recognize Tommy for his very professional approach to his job.
