Our garage door broke after 1 months of use. Derek accused me of the failure and wouldn't warranty the repair. I know it wasn't what he accused me of. I provided proof to him. He still wouldn't honor their work. Not a good feeling. I called another and they performed the work for less money. The failure was related to their install.
