Fresh flowers left on a back deck with no shade. Came home to wilted flowers, ferns and almost boiling water in the vase. Tried twice to have them replaced, but was told they were fine before delivery. Had I been the one to purchase them, I would have demanded my money back. Thank goodness they were sent from family out of state. They won't know.
