I was not dissatisfied by this apartment by any means. Although, I have a very high threshold for tolerating low living conditions. I will start with the lease. Fair. They didn't raise my rent after the original lease expired. However... they did charge me 200 extra dollars for rent when I was 1 day late turning in my renewed lease. That isn't how you satisfy your residents. Next, mice. I shutter at this one. Over the course of 2 years, I trapped 10 mice. It got to be comical.. yet disgusting as I was constantly vacuuming and cleaning up mice feces. Pets. They do a nice job providing bags for pet cleanup. Some residents just choose not to use them. I can't hold this against the complex. The neighboring complex just north to the timbers has no yard and I personally witnessed dozens of times neighbors letting their dogs do their business on the Timber's property and not picking it up. Finally, the washers and driers. These did not work well at all when I lived there from 2013-15. I lost money several times to Washers. The driers are small and do not create very much heat. It's fine if you are doing very small loads of wash. I found it very frustrating paying twice for a dry an having to wait over 2 hours to get a satisfactory dry towel or pair of jeans. No quarter dispenser either. You'll have to head down to the carwash down the street to get your quarters. The staff is usually friendly and cheerful. They always let you know when you get a package. The clubhouse is clean and friendly. The workout area is satisfactory. Not Bad. All in all. I paid slightly over 600 for a 2/1. It was a good deal. Cable is expensive through them for not very many channels. They also allow multiple pets which is very cool. I won't live here again. I would however recommend it to somebody just as I have recommended it to you today. Enjoy! more
