UNPROFESSIONAL!!
I can not even give this company 1 star. I made an appointment to have my carpets cleaned and no one showed up. They were suppose to be at my house at 10:00 am, so I took off work. I called them every half hour and they just gave me the run around. A service tech called me at 4:00 pm and told me he was in New Jersey and asked to reschedule. Very unprofessional, they couldn't even justify themselves. Mark or Mike told me the manager was out and would call me, but that never happened either. Highly recommend using another company. I don't understand how this company is in business to be honest.
