The maintenance took an hour or so. All components are working perfectly.
My only complaint is not with the technician, but what seems to be the company policy of insisting the technician educate me about the inner workings of my system. I do not care HOW it works, but just the current condition. Please stop this silly, time-consuming policy. Otherwise, I give both the technician and the company an A.
