Recommend you contact Mr. Sparky and request Hector Vazquez by name. Hector called an hour prior to his scheduled appointment time to notify us he was on time and would be there shortly. Arrived when you said he would. Hector let us explain the situation, listened intently and when we finished he asked pointed questions. Hector was able to diagnose and find the root problem in a very short time. Hector then proceeded to correct all the issues presented in a timely professional manner. Hector at all times was very professional and courteous. Hector continued to provide excellent service and explain everything he was doing as he was doing it so we could understand why. Hector cleaned all the areas he worked in, provided insight and suggestions for other small issues and recommendations and was resolute in doing it right. Upon completion Hector again went over everything and explained the fees and asked if we were happy with the service and if there was anything else he could do for us. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Sparky and Hector specifically. Hector provided outstanding service and I would recommend him and Mr. Sparky for all your electrical needs.
