When a component in my furnace broke down on the coldest night of the year, I called Uptown Plumbing and Heating. The young lady who picked up the phone around 11 PM sounded polite and friendly. She scheduled me for the morning service. Ian was our technician. He arrived on time, checked the furnace, and explained what was wrong. He fixed the problem in a timely manner and ran additional diagnostics on the furnace. Ian gave me advice on the humidifier, the thermostat, and the water heater.
