It is ridiculous that the longer you stay a customer with this company the more you pay! That seems a little backwards to me! The price increase after their initial promotion is ridiculous! I have wasted too many hours trying to reduce my bill back to anything closer to what it was before the promotion ended. I recommend consumers find anyone but time warner cable! Save yourselves the headache!
