This review pertains to the service department. I have a 2014 Chevy Cruz. While I love this vehicle there are some minor warranty issues that needed to be addressed. Upon reading some of the reviews I decided to try This dealership. I was promptly given a service advisor who reassured me that parts would be ordered and the service would be completed at no cost. Three weeks went by without hearing any response. I attempted to contact my service advisor without any success. I had left messages and no return telephone calls. The silent game continued for roughly one month before I called in on the generic line. I was passed around like a hot potato and treated like an unwanted account. After leaving a message for the service manager I have now began a telephone tag game with her.
This review should not affect the service of their sales department however I feel is adequate to point out the shortcomings of Penske Chevrolet. I would only refer individuals I do not care for to Penske's service department. If their customer service represents the quality of mechanical work I am sure that they would perform accordingly.
