We bought a new furnace system about 10 years ago. After two years we started having all kinds of problems with our air conditioner (heat pump). The company who put in the furnace and heat pump would not stand behind their product. After having numerous contractors out to fix it, it would work for a few months and then go down again. Someone suggested I call Crabtree. He came out and said the heat pump had not been installed correctly from the get-go and could not be fixed. I bought a new heat pump from him about three years ago and have never had a second's trouble with it since. In fact, it is so energy efficient it has almost paid for itself in lowered electric bills. I would recommend Crabtree highly. They know what they are doing and do things correctly!
