If you like to wait around for about an hour each time you visit, be sure to go to Banfield Pet Hospital. They completely overbook, so there are always assorted people and dogs/cats waiting in their tiny waiting area. The receptionists are nearly always overworked and therefore, not the most courteous or helpful. The Docs and Vet Techs are great, but the service is LOUSY. I can't believe the other reviewer said it was "Great"---because I just don't see it!
