When businesses give you their word they should keep their word as part of the business. We are still waiting for a county"inspector" to come and check the set up of our water heater installed by this business. I suppose they want to be "let off the hook" by my posting this. They promised this about two months ago and we yet have not been contacted as to the county inspector checking safety of water heater installing here. I do not want to patronize such inefficient business practice.
