I have 3 children and all of them have gone to Island Orthodontics. A neighbor recommended them and I have yet to be disappointed. Walking in is a pleasure. All the receptionists are friendly and helpful. The kids sign themselves in on the computer ( they love that ) and I've never waited more than 6 minutes! (and 6 minutes is pushing it! - it's usually on a few minutes!) They have a great payment plan if insurance doesn't cover orthodontics .. reasonable and fair! The techs are also great and my kids always come out with a smile...!
My oldest daughter didn't wear her retainer and the office manager worked with me and gave s a discount on getting braces for the second time. Great person who went the extra mile..
They also do great things with the kids throughout the year. In the winter there is the movie day sponsored and paid for by Island Orthodontics! In the fall they have the pumpkin picking and hay ride... they've also had mini golf and other events throughout the years that my children have been patients.
If all doctors offices were like this life would be perfect! Island Orthodontics needs to give lessons to other practices!
