Ordered a fridge that was materially different from what the salesperson described. Upon discovery that it did not have the features that I requested, I asked for an exchange. I was told I would have to pay both another delivery fee and a 20% restocking fee.
after fighting with them for more than a month, i am fed up and now disputing the purchase with my credit card company. their leadership is both rude and unresponsive, only caring about the bottom line, not customer service. stay away!
