I am an out of town visitor with a second home in Santa Barbara. My dog developed a skin rash while we were here. I was hoping to find a professional Vet Hospital that we could count on when visiting. I called Airport Animal Hospital first thing in the morning and was able to get an afternoon appt. All good so far. I arrived 15 min early at their request to fill out the new patient forms. My impression of the office was that it is out dated - all the pet information is in paper files. There are hundreds of color coded files stuffed everywhere. I then waited for 45 minutes, when I asked for a status, the response was non-committal. Just "wait" in other words. This is not a professional office. I left the office without seeing the vet, I'm sure I'd still be waiting........
