I am surprised at negative comments. I just signed in the spring my second year lease. Love living here. From the office staff and of course Walter the maintenance guy, to my neighbors, lucky to
have found this place. Only negative feed back is rent goes up every year. Rent increase is standard for Lake Oswego. Just would like to stay couple more years until we buy. I would recommend living here.
