The business practices of Echo Ridge is very questionable.. They double rent apartments and promise units to multiple people at the same time.. When confronted with their poor business practices, the site manager got very confrontational and told me, my wife and our 2 year old child to leave and we are now stranded without a home at end of the month.. They make you feel like a criminal when you confront them and threatened to call the police… We are currently bust with a Better Business Bureaus case against them.
