I went to the natural Look Medspa in Nashville and found the place to be over rated, the facility is in a low rent building that also caters to social services offices there for people who are on welfare and medicare. Homeless people were smoking at the entrance of the building and my car was broken into while i was there for some eye liner and botox. The botox they used was not fresh and i was not happy with the results. They made no offer to pay for the damages to my car.
For your safety and value i would look at going else where.
