After we found a mistake in our closing papers at the beginning of the procedure the attorney convinced us to fill out everything "Just in case" which now I realize was just so he would guarantee a payment for himself.
Very shady and not at all accommodating to the customer.
Definitely will not be returning and will not recommend to anyone.
