Wally is one of the friendliest person you will ever meet @ the store. Everyone else is also very friendly and they take there time explaining to you what you need to do to take care of your pool. Understand that chances are that you will be waiting 15 minutes to get your water tested because they are busy and want to make sure that every customer walks out of there satisfied. They do a nice job overall.
