Lost my mattress (ordered from Costco) ... tried to deliver without boxsprings ... will not call back as promised ... cannot find the paperwork ... this has been going on for 6 weeks ... meanwhile I paid $1000 which included "white glove service" (HA!HA!) ... and have lost over $1500 in rental income because we have no mattress. If I had time we would sue Champagne Logistics!!!!!!!!!!!!
