Called company when my AC died and had a toddler to protect in this heat. Agreed to pay their $95 diagnostic fee to come and tell me what failed. I discovered, the service guy was very dishonest. He charged me an additional $287 for a capacitor pack that the costs under $30 most places and for a job that took 5 minutes to complete. A 10X mark up is unreasonable. Took advantage of the desperation he sensed....
