2 hrs late and nasty to customer. Very poor communication within company.Worker that showed up complained about the office and matt also stating that they have no communication. Matt wants to argue with customers and has zero regard for your time. Matt u show really buy a book about propane and read it, u could learn what a btu is and lots about gases like propane. Please put someone in charge that has half a brain, a monkey is at least fun to watch!
