I have owned four (4) cars from Paya's over the past decade and am currently looking to purchase my 5th! I'm not sure where TLCinVT has derived their figures from but like trading any vehicle in, you rarely get book value for vehicles. I, on the other hand, have experienced expected trade-in values for my vehicles and loan value for the ones I've sold privately. I've had extremely good experiences with all of my vehicles. The few times I've had to go back to the dealership with minor issues that were covered under their included (free) warranties, they performed the repairs in a timely manner and gave me a loaner-car so I could get around while they were taking care of my vehicle! Paya's even gave me the best price available for normal wear and tear repairs/servicing because "I purchased my vehicle from them". They treat you like family when you buy from them and always enjoy doing business with them. I would recommend taking a look at this dealership if you are in the market for a late-model, low mileage vehicle or if you are simply tired of being upside down with your current car that has a low-monthly payment with high interest rates!
