I am very disappointed in the service; I took my lawn mower in because I thought the ignition coil was bad. It would have been warranty work. I dropped it off on a Saturday and was told that they would call me in a few days to let me know. Nothing not a call back, I called twice and got told two different days when it would be done. Then three weeks later I got a call. That it was done, oh and by the way it was the carburetor that was bad you had to have a new one and it was not covered so it will be $103.71. What!?! They did not call me and let me know that it was not covered under warranty, I did not authorize the work, and the manager could not even speak to me, he sat in his office and just let the sales guy handle it. All I got was "someone should have called you, and I am sorry about that". That is some of the worst customer service I have seen in years, I will not ever set foot in there store again. I would not recommend it to anyone. Find a business that actually cares about their customers. more
