I went to this place to have an oil change and tire rotation. They informed me of about $800 of other work that should be done. I took it for a second opinion (to another Big O in a different city) and they told me that my belts weren't cracked or on the verge of breaking and the fluids and parts I needed weren't necessary or old. Glad I got a second opinion. Tried them again for new tires, limited selection, plus charged me more than what was listed. I like Big O and their warranties on their tires, just go to a different location. These guys have horrible customer service and take advantage of female clients and limited knowledge of cars.
